What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?
Microsoft 365 performs an excellent job of directing our clients over all we can do to provide in a logical and efficient manner. To streamline our follow-up procedure, we may send automatic emails to anyone that visit.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This software has helped me to organize our customer engagement and to provide my workers with statistics which we can discuss during conferences. This program has formed the foundation of our department's growth and engagement initiatives.
What do you dislike most about this product?
From all the numerous features and settings, Microsoft 365 isn't really user-friendly. Its learning curve seems tough, and I hope there was more actual customer help. I would have to wait many days for replies to time-sensitive concerns.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider hiring professional Microsoft 365 expert to coach you or your team on how to use the software. In the long term, great practice will save a lot more time of yours.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The whole system is centered on a single database (Common Data Model). Interfaces to third-party systems can also be developed without much programming knowledge. The technique is really simple to utilize. The interconnection of numerous data sets is superb. The processing of information is swift. It is simple to use
What do you dislike most about this product?
Expect lengthy loading times if you want to alter the system. Despite the fact that they are not yet completely finished, several aspects have already been approved as functioning. Translations can also be expanded.

Our customers benefit from a single data platform. Customers may utilize the data platform to create a full 360 degrees perspective of their users. What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?
Unlike other products, Dynamics 365 helps us to integrate all the data and processes of our portal, Admeas we can also integrate them with programs such as Outlook and others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What we like the most about Microsoft dynamic 365 is that it has great features that make it unique, such as making data export easier, and that it has easy accessibility.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Since we have been using this product, we have not found any fault, since this product is of excellent quality for our company since the ability to customize a panel is of great help to our company.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to use this product as it can help them maintain an excellent customer relationship in the field at an optimized cost but without compromising effectiveness.
