Full integration with Outlook for emails and calendar.

Hard to manage users and permissions due to the many customizations available.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think that whether you are a start-up, small business, or large business, this software will work for you if you customize it to your specific needs. It is easy to use, and training is a breeze.

It has all the necessary tools to intelligently and functionally manage routine customer requests. The experience gained by both the person operating the software and the customer is formidable. Its truly comprehensive interface to work provides all panels within easy reach.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer service is a tool that is distinguished by its high functionality and quality for implementation in any kind of organization, whether large or small
What do you dislike most about this product?
Complaints about this service are fortunately none, the tool is quite extensive and provides the best experience when working. The only weakness that I have noticed but that has happened very rarely is that the software is slow to run, but the times this has happened have been very short, so it doesn't cause me any concern
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I definitely recommend this service for use in all kinds of businesses, as it is a fairly comprehensive system with everything needed to provide a high quality customer service experience, the software provides different price packages that are ideal for different usage needs
