What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?
One thing that really stands out to me about this program is that the Microsoft team provides a demo version of it. You can test it out for free to see whether it suits your needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love this tool for its powerful analytics that utilize customer profiles and data to run simple and fast studies.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One thing that doesn't quite appeal to me is how complex it is to set up client profiles. Despite that, upgrades are making it better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend this program for its incredible functions, its good customer service that is always receptive and helps when you need it most. In short, it is a fantastic program that every company should use.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?
This tool stands out from the rest because of how intuitive it is. In most cases, new hires have little trouble navigating the UI. More and more people are able to write code and new features are added regularly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Beyond its CRM capabilities, Dynamics offers a plethora of other features that make it an excellent all-in-one platform, such as an internal chat system and a very robust calendar interface. It does, however, provide useful features for sales teams as a customer relationship management system. Works with a wide variety of software and hardware providers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Managing accounts and information may be a real pain. When there is duplication in the system, it could be difficult to search for accounts and products.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Because of its intuitive design and extensive list of compatible add-on services, I have no hesitation in recommending this tool to anyone looking to work with Microsoft Dynamics.
