What differentiates Dropsuite Email Backup from other similar products?

Ease of use and reputation of company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Able to offer email backup solution to our customer for a fair price.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Download times take a very long time, but to my understanding that's due to Microsoft's API limits.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Assign a manager to manage backups and license seat count. Or have clearly defined automation in place using Microsoft Security Groups.

What differentiates Dropsuite Email Backup from other similar products?

The best thing about Dropsuite? It just works. Setting it up was straightforward, and once it was running, I barely had to touch it. Everything backs up automatically, so I don’t have to worry about losing important emails, attachments, or contacts. No more digging through the depths of Outlook trying to recover something that got deleted by mistake.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I’ve had a couple of instances where emails were accidentally deleted or lost due to some sync issues—one click, and they were back. No hassle, no waiting. The recovery speed is impressive, and knowing that I can restore everything quickly gives me peace of mind.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No Granular Restore Options – You can restore entire mailboxes or specific emails, but more advanced filtering options for restoring only certain timeframes or specific folders would be useful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pricing Could Be More Transparent – The cost is reasonable, but clearer upfront pricing (especially for scaling businesses) would be helpful instead of needing to request quotes.
