What differentiates DocuWare from other similar products?

What makes Docuware popular among our staff members is its ease of use and no additional resources are tapped to operate it because all administration, updating, and maintenance of the cloud platform are handled directly by DocuWare. Mundane paperwork is much easier to complete digitally, process specifications are met with far less effort, which also improves the company's information security.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that all our sensitive information is archived in a central pool. Automatic indexing makes filing quick and easy. Also, our admin work has been made more efficient. With the implementation of Docuware, we do not miss the old way of paper-based processes. We are enjoying the digitized way of storing data using Docuware. It is easy to use and reliable and we are using it productively.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing to dislike about the product. It has streamlined document management for us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before implementing Docuware we spend hours filing and retrieving documents. But with Docuware retrieving files is quick and easy and time is saved which helps us focus more on clients.

What differentiates DocuWare from other similar products?

We can keep all our documents very organized thanks to this platform, everything is really easy to use, perhaps for beginners they need a few days of use to adapt, but it is very easy in all its options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides us with the protection of our information, transparent software with unique capabilities that improve our processes in the organization. Easy, fast and safe, three words that make the difference.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think it is a very complete software that covers many things that are necessary for everyone, it gets better and better after each more updated version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

All our documents are kept digitized to speed up our processes much more, we save time and money. My colleagues need to know about DocuWare and its good document management, I will recommend it without hesitation.
