What differentiates Denim Social from other similar products?

I think that Denim Social is actually a smaller scale social media management software compared to some clunkier CRMs. I also like that a big focus of Denim Social is to maintain compliance across teams, while still allowing employees to manage their socials directly. We are a small team, so there is so much more functionality that we don't even benefit from, but it is a perfect jumping off point for a company to introduce social selling.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the compliance aspect. Individuals can create posts in their own voices, with their own content, but posts are reviewed by the compliance manager before going out. This allows companies to minimize risk of compliance snafus and/or catch them early enough to mitigate problems. Not to mention, once linked to your business socials, the entire archive of those socials is saved in Denim Social, which allows for easy auditing, whether internal or regulatory.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I initially was under the impression that there would be more content suggested/available within the UpContent and other libraries, however I don't find as much useful content in UpContent as I had hoped. That being said, it's been easier to find my own organic content than I expected.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try! We are currently only using the platform for 2 of our loan officers, in order to get a better handle on our social media plan in general. However, I greatly appreciate having immediate access on the dashboard to our 3 facebook pages, 3 linked in pages, twitter, and instagram. It's so simple to schedule content for publishing, review it's performance, and respond directly from inside of Denim Social. I highly recommend this for any company looking to jumpstart their social selling.

What differentiates Denim Social from other similar products?

When we switched to Denim Social, one of the most significant selling points was the ability to administer our users. We do not have to create a ticket to add, remove, update, etc., so onboarding is a breeze. There is also always a real person available in the chat for questions from our producers or us. We do not have to handle or be middle-people support staff when problems occur. Denim Social provides monthly lunch-and-learns for all our users to attend. These are full of great tips and tricks. We have also integrated the interactive "Jenuis" training provided by Denim Social into our producer onboarding process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The content library is a lifesaver. We can load content by category and have options ready for our producers to post. Using variables, each of these library posts is pre-customized for our producers. The Denim Social integration with UPConent to provide industry-relevant articles helps boost our available post variety - Giving our producers even more pre-loaded content to schedule for their social networks!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The analytics reporting is a bit lacking. We are currently on the lowest product tier, but during our sale and onboarding experience, we were told advanced analytics was coming soon. Turns out a platform upgrade is needed to access the upgraded reporting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It doesn't hurt to ask. We are a smaller organization, so we would not be able to fill the 50-seat minimum posted on Denim Social's website. We asked if we could start with fewer seats and add more as needed - and Denim agreed to that arrangement.
