What differentiates DELMIA Apriso from other similar products?

It's easy to implement as per manufacturing process need. DEMIA Apriso have all modules (Producion, Quality, Warehouse, Labor Management, Reports and so on) in one package. Also integration part at shop floor is also possible in 1 sec duration. DELMIA Apriso have functionality to store data in buffer, it helps to store machine data in buffer if any issue occurs in communication.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Warehouse, Production, Quality and Machine Integration

What do you dislike most about this product?

Machine Integration supports only two data source i.e. OPC and RS device. Good to have if they can support other data source which are available in market like OAS

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation is to be very much clear about what's the expectation. If peoples belongs to manufacturing then it's really basic to understand how manufacturing process is working and whether DELMIA Apriso is suitable or not. For example most of the time manufacturing teams come up with Production aspects and during discussion with DELMIA Apriso team they heard about Production and it will be considered like DELMIA Apriso will support. During implementation team came to knows that what process Manufacturing following is not getting fitted in DELMIA Apriso standard and need to go with configurable logic. Here implementation cost gets impact
