The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
The system is easily integrated with other systems we use in operation. It has a lot of features that are useful in taking workforce management to a new level.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The part that I can track my punches during work hours in relation to the daily calendar. It also shows my schedule ahead. I can also see how much I earned already base on the punches I have which make it easy to track descrepancies.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really hate this part - it causes lateness after breaks and lunches. it does not allow you to punch ahead even with a 1-minute difference. Say I punch my 15-minute break at 9 AM it will not allow me to punch back at 9:14. I am an IT, many times when have to cut our breaks and lunches short due to outages and high prior issues. I keep on getting late punches because of that.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great product that can be customized by the vendor upon request. just make sure you get the HR and IT team coordinated to ensure proper implementations. also make sure you know the parameters you want to be set for each feature so that the vendor can prepare it and the IT team can test and the HR team can check the usage.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
I have no experience from similar products in capital management field.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ceridian Dayforce works with our management team to ensure that there is accountability in implementation of all programs. It monitors tasks and projects and ensures that time taken for implementation is suitable. It ensures that there is effective contribution of each employee in production and company ethics.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not come across any tool that does not correspond effectively on the overall performance.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is great platform that performs beyond our imagination and I highly recommend to any growing business enterprise for effective workforce management.
