What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Having all (most) of our information in one place, being able to report various different metrics regarding employees. Workflows have streamlined our processes immensely! No more email stuck in someone's inbox. You have clear line of site to what's happening, how long processes take!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting can be tricky to find the correct metric / value / field

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't do it all at once - start small and and implement on module at a time, Ensure you have strong technical expertise. Really understand your business requirements and don't get stuck in "how we do it today". The most difficult thing about implementing a system from manual process is to not get caught up in the "how" but the why!

Ceridian Dayforce Workforce management platform, one of the largest and most affordable providers of HR products. It uses a single cloud-based application to replace practically all of the duties typically carried out by our payroll admins and Hr staff. With this, we are able to prepare and make decisions about our budget with knowledge.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can audit data whenever we feel convenient thanks to its amazing and rapid calculation approach, which eliminates errors. This solution puts a people-centered strategy into practice and makes it possible for us to draw in and keep top talent. Its payroll program automates the calculation and withholding of taxes, which simplifies tax management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The precise setup of workflows is notoriously tricky, as many forms we might anticipate are either unavailable or require adjustment. Although the reporting tool is useful, we often need assistance from Ceridian Dayforce Support to have the coding just correct. This was a major problem for us because there isn't a good report supplied on changes to employee data.

Be ready to spend your time if you have to perform any sort of development that involves working with their Consultancy Services, such as adding a new legal entity, creating a data stream or connection, troubleshooting a bespoke reporting, etc. They must improve their support services to keep their customers satisfied.

My opinions on Ceridian Dayforce are highly motivating since I noticed it was amazing, and I enjoy motivating people to apply it in their workplaces for greater results. It is a cutting-edge cloud-based framework that is suggested for large and medium-sized businesses from my side.
