The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
What makes Ceridian Dayforce unique, is that it is cloud based hence allows me to access our HR data and perform tasks from anywhere with an internet connection.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I highly appreciate that I can manage employee information such as personal details and contact information in a central location. Also, I can create and manage employee performance evaluation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The navigation between different sections of the platform could be made more streamlined.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They should give it a try. They have a dedicated customer support team that is always ready to help with any issues or questions that you may have.

Effective method for controlling an organization

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
We've struggled with only having one source of data for a very long time, and giving our line managers management information required a laborious manual process. The dashboards now allow our managers to access data, which is a fantastic bonus. For us, it was a wonderful tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy how they constantly enhance and incorporate new features. The way the modules communicate with one another has significantly improved over time. The excellent user interface makes for a fun working environment for personnel. The new "Hub" has been successfully implemented and is quite adaptable. It is very simple for users to navigate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Even though they labored on this for days and days with all the specifics figured out, it was still WAY off on the test site. Testing is the next, which they don't seem to do much of on their own. Before calling it a day, we had to verify the data, provide it to them, and wait for them to make a few small modifications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Appointing a competent internal project manager to collaborate with the Ceridian project team and scheduling time in your BAU schedule to make sure you have the necessary resources is what I would advise. Before transferring your data to the new system, I would also make sure it was accurate.
