What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
Dayforce removes the need for different systems by consolidating all HCM functions onto a single platform, which lowers complexity and boosts efficiency.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dayforce's comprehensive coverage of the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, training, career development, and exit management, is why I enjoy it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Updates to the system, however essential, could result in brief disruptions and necessitate modifications to internal procedures.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I suggest Dayforce since it has tools for managing schedules, tracking employee time worked, calculating overtime and breaks, and keeping track of attendance and timesheets.

Time tracking, entitlements, pay policy
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some basic HR features still not available. Leave management. Support cannot handle it's own product. Need to allow partners access to backend of the system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use a partner during conversion. Learned our lesson the hard way!

Powerful tool to simplify payroll service

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
Dayforce for me encompasses combining Personnel records, benefits, scheduling, time off requests, timesheets, payroll processing and direct deposits in one system.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dayforce allows me to manage and access crucial information, ranging from personal details to performance evaluations, in a central location. The database is incredibly robust, offering advanced search and filter options, making employee information retrieval a breeze
What do you dislike most about this product?
Dayforce have Customization limitations: While Dayforce offers customization options, there may be certain limitations in tailoring the system to an organization's specific requirements. This may require some adaptation to fit existing HR processes and workflows.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The product is great. Love that everything is real-time and transparent to the staff.
