The ability to be hands-on with the configuration, and always having access to a 'Test' database to try them out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The inability to write our own SQL topics for custom reporting.

Be prepared! If you don't have the right people on your implementation team, you won't have a successful implementation. You also need to be prepared to be hands-on in the administration and maintenance of the Dayforce instance for your company.

Powerful data-driven insights can drive insight around the corner, as well as internal policies and procedures. Dayforce helps minimize the risk and cost of non-compliance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Application support seems to take longer and longer. Application training is improving, but has room for more growth. Support system is not the best. Tickets take a long time to resolve.

It offers a wide range of services, including payroll tax reporting. You get the most out of the experience and focus on what you do best. Dayforce's HR, payroll, talent management, benefits and workforce management platform improves work life. Employees are enrolled with guided support, allowing you to manage, forecast and optimize your benefits offerings to drive adoption and manage costs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Should increase collaboration with compliance-focused setup without redirecting to professional services for an additional product fee. Support system is not the best. Tickets take a long time to resolve. Most have been outsourced to external countries.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
