What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
The ability to configure the system to meet your business needs, and the ability to participate in the online customer community to crowd-source any potential issues or questions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to be hands-on with the configuration, and always having access to a 'Test' database to try them out.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The inability to write our own SQL topics for custom reporting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be prepared! If you don't have the right people on your implementation team, you won't have a successful implementation. You also need to be prepared to be hands-on in the administration and maintenance of the Dayforce instance for your company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Make the best decisions to create real value. Plan, hire and develop your workforce, from full-time to hourly and on-demand workers. Powerful data-driven insights can drive insight around the corner, as well as internal policies and procedures. Dayforce helps minimize the risk and cost of non-compliance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Application support seems to take longer and longer. Application training is improving, but has room for more growth. Support system is not the best. Tickets take a long time to resolve.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Train and engage your front-line users, while effectively managing labor costs and compliance. Helps you by making proactive, data-driven decisions that support agile operations. It offers a wide range of services, including payroll tax reporting. You get the most out of the experience and focus on what you do best. Dayforce can help you manage compliance, make smarter decisions and improve the beneficiary experience.

Employees have easy access to pay details, scheduling, benefits and more. They can quickly update personal, professional and payroll information themselves and even complete common tasks through chat and voice commands. Through Dayforce, you can empower your team and help reduce the administrative burden of HR. Customize content for specific teams and individuals. Boost productivity by sharing quick access to important links and timely communications relevant to each audience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dayforce's HR, payroll, talent management, benefits and workforce management platform improves work life. Employees are enrolled with guided support, allowing you to manage, forecast and optimize your benefits offerings to drive adoption and manage costs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Should increase collaboration with compliance-focused setup without redirecting to professional services for an additional product fee. Support system is not the best. Tickets take a long time to resolve. Most have been outsourced to external countries.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Role-based security helps ensure data privacy without exposing access to sensitive data. Employees can only view and update information relevant to them. Single-page views of important forms are easy to complete and sign, and managers have access to unique summary screens; provides the insights needed to understand the employee experience and the tools to continually improve communication.
