User Friendly HR System that transforms a business

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
For me it is how easy the product is to use, changing data on mass is not a problem , creating new configuration is straightforward and the Support team are always there to help when required.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Reporting is so easy and I am not a nature expert but I am able to easily download everything I need and combine data on the reports from different modules.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am still waiting for more development work to be completed on the Recruitment Module and we will then look at integration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Please ask Ceridian for a customer referral so that we can show you from a user perspective the difference it has made within our business.
