What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

Reduce errors, save time, and increase efficiency by automating numerous HR procedures. Talent management is made easier with the analytics and reports that come from better decision making.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate that with Dayforce I can handle taxes, deductions, and automatic payroll calculations. I can track time and attendance, absences and work schedules. I can oversee the hiring, training and development of staff.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Compared to more specialized systems, customization options are limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For benefits management, including benefits administration and benefit plans, I suggest Dayforce. Also to compile and produce reports on payroll and employee performance.
