What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use and customer service.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cost, but most solutions for online events are expensive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd do your research but look at bulk with Cvent, use the attendee hub, Abstract management, event management, on arrival etc. Saves money in the long run and you know it will work together!

The natural integration it has with the Cvent registration system.

How easy it is to set up for an event through Cvent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am not a fan of the homepage, particularly how it setup. It can be overwhelming at times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend to attend an event that is using it. Then attend a Cvent Connect for comparisons.
