It can be overwhelming to learn how to use and all of its intricacies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give yourself time to learn the tool. Once you get the hang of it, you will be very impressed with its capabilities.

What differentiates Cvent Attendee Hub from other similar products?

While the platform is simple it is very easy to use and has a quick set-up. We don't need tons of bells and whistles - we just need a platform that works consistently which Attendee Hub does!!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The help desk is unparalleled. So patient and thoughtful no matter what the challenge. Spent a lot of time working to untangle a Mobius loop type problem but we figured it out!

What do you dislike most about this product?

1) Limitations of the Zoom license that is currently available and in order to have break-outs, we need to exit the platform or use our own Zoom license. If that could be incorporated that would be awesome! 2) Sending reminder emails by session is not easy to do unless it's a manual process (at least the last time I tried to do it) otherwise the reminders are only at the event level. 3) No preview available until you launch the event in Attendee Hub....

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is your tool! So easy to use and tech support is awesome. The customer success teams are available and have great suggestions to make your site very polished. It's my go-to for internal events!! You won't regret it!

If you are already using Cvent as an attendee management tool, it really ties everything together and makes it a great experience for yourself and employees

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Extremely helpful with how the platforms can be communicated with each other to eliminate duplicate work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think there is a learning curve for some to get this all set up

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take some time to do demos if you are able to
