Their mobile integration which helps protect users from sharing sensitve information while protecting them from malicious attacks, including phishing attacks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Their APIs that allow for the automation of many of the platforms, detection, management, and risk assessment tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product is so feature-rich that it can take someone with a cyber security background to manage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We setup a 15 day trial to test out the product. They were really helpful, I'd suggest trying that.

What differentiates Crowdstrike Falcon Platform from other similar products?

Excellent suite of endpoint security capabilities from edr, ngav, threat intelligence to VAPT, DLP and even Sanboxing features. In comparison to other Edr market leaders, crowdstrike provides the easiest way of onboarding and integration. Also as per my experience, it is the most user friendly application with its threat event triaging summary.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User friendliness for end users, administrators and soc analysts. Also it provides the best threat detection summary which is easy to understand and addition of ML/ioc exclusion or custom rules is also very much easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the portal is a bit slow with increasing number of endpoints. Considering Crowdstrike is a total SAAS product, may be fine tuming of the resources might solve this problem, although i must stay this is not at all a showstopper.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking to onboard any Edr product for your organisation, go for it. Based on my experience, this product is far ahead than its other competitors as per Gartner quadrant. I have done poc on multiple other edr tools of McAfee, Microsoft and those are not at all easy from onboarding pov only. Multiple connectors, components need to be setup, whereas for Crowdstrike we have deployed the tenant and 3000 endpoints in a single week. You can guess how much easy to use this product really this. Have been working on this since 2018, and can’t express the amount of improvement and enhancements that have been done.

From the moment the CrowdStrike solution was in place, I felt like I had a team experts working on my behalf. It didn’t matter what time of day, or day of the week, if my team needed help or needed to know about something on our network, the CrowdStrike team was always there and always well prepared.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Benefited from the cost savings inherent in CrowdStrike Falcon’s Cloud-based architecture, which requires no hardware, and so eliminates the need for patching, updating and other maintenance requirements typical of traditional on-premise security solutions

What do you dislike most about this product?

CrowdStrike takes a whole lot of worry off my shoulders. When something happens — no matter where it happens — CrowdStrike has my back

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

They can do so much more than other vendors and have made my team far more efficient and effective, allowing us to do our real jobs, rather than worrying about trying to anticipate the next attack.
