CRMnext is faster, more secure, reliable so it has been way better than other similar products in the market as of now.

I love the ease of creating a deal and changing the stages ,it's smooth as compared to other CRms.

There has been hardly any update so new update should keep coming.

What differentiates CRMnext from other similar products?

Without a physical register, it is helpful to enter leads into the CRM after which we will track the customer records and keep track of client information. It offers services like management system, statistics, and marketing solutions. The tracking of marketing efforts and campaign investment returns are both made possible by the marketing management component of CRMNEXT.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For each client inquiry, it also creates customized messages in real time. It is improving the relationship between the company and its clients. Everyone's usage is made simpler by the variety of modes available for data retrieval. The Saas has excellent uptime and responds extremely quickly. The software is utilized by both the frontend and backend teams for various tasks. As a result, usefulness is spread.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A minor drawback of this service is that occasionally the CRMNEXT experiences performance delay despite only enduring a few minutes’ cause issues for users while they work. I have spoken with support about this issue, but they have never given me concrete solutions or advice to stop this from happening, which has really remained something that has caused discomfort.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We now utilize CRMNEXT extensively throughout the company, primarily for streamlining and digitizing the relationship management and asset lead management processes for retail banks. All modules, including leads, cases, reports, customer 360, etc., are catered to by CRMNEXT.
