Highly recommend for ease of use.

What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
The centralization of DB efforts, monitoring opportunities and the responsibility of people in projects. It's one of the first CRMs that people in our company have invested in because it's so easy to use. Copper is solving the problem of lack of communication in the company, with copper I can leave a note with what was achieved, so I don't have to report every tiny task to my superiors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Copper finest feature is its interaction with Gmail. It looks and feels like Google platforms, which we've been using for at least a decade. New users do not appear to require as much onboarding as with other CRMs. The Copper Gmail plugin gives me access to all of our clients' information and to-do lists, which is quite useful when I'm reading my emails. Setting task reminders on your Google Calendar is fantastic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'd like to see a dark mode option because the white backdrop is a little too bright after gazing at a screen all day. And scrolling through businesses can be a little sluggish at times, but I'm quite sure that's a computer issue. You require Telegram integration, which is not currently achievable. There is no interface with Telegram! Copper could focus more on direct connectors to help us organize our platforms.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If things get unorganized or chaotic, copper simply facilitates organizing for both the user and the company. In the previous two years, the tool has grown and gained new functionality. That is why I wholeheartedly suggest it as a daily work tool.

Ease of managing contact information.

What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
Having all contact information in one place saves a lot of time searching for client information, including but not limited to Gmail and LinkedIn connections. Sync your emails and import your current email contacts. The number of times you've contacted a connection or potential lead, as well as the date of your most recent interaction.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The finest feature of Copper, in my opinion, is how it tracks email conversations so that all of your search requirements are in one location. It's a significant improvement over my prior system. Copper, when utilized correctly, may provide some astonishing skills; as a business, you always want a full and effective follow-up. Copper has assisted our firm in reaching new heights and objectives.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There isn't much about copper that I dislike. When a customer's ownership changes, it takes some time to update not just the business but also each contact, but that's a tiny annoyance, and if I couldn't use it in my everyday life, I'd have to spend a lot more time being organized, as well as less time with my family So I have more advantages than disadvantages and I am quite pleased with this program.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It works nicely for organizing your contact information. I've tested and utilized several CRM programs. I wish I had this from the beginning since it would have saved me a lot of hassles, time, and money.

What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
Managing people and managing opportunities were the two most challenging responsibilities. Because G Suite administration is abysmal, you'll need a CRM to keep track of everyone that crosses your way. At the same time, you must be able to manage possibilities when they present themselves. Copper made it easier to realize both. Copper is assisting me in going back months to find any offers I may have made to a potential client who was not ready to sign at the time. This allows me to be consistent with the information I provide with potential consumers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The basic arrangement is what I enjoy best about Copper. This software allows me to phone, email, or text prospective clients while also keeping track of contact dates. I can save contacts and search for them directly in Gmail thanks to the Copper plugin for Gmail. On the other end of the scale, the Pandadoc/Copper plugin allows us to create and examine legal documents from within Copper using a customer record. I really like the to-do list and the built-in automated integrations. It also works with Zapier, allowing for a wide range of creative integrations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far, I have not encountered anything major that would compel me to discontinue my usage of copper. To this day, everything I've learned has been simple to grasp and use. However, it should be noted that Copper is designed to notify us when a receiver opens an email that we send. However, when we look at the email in the sent folder, Copper deems it to be open. In other words, we don't know how many people open our emails.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are several CRMs available, but if you use the G Suite environment, you won't be able to choose the one that best meets your requirements. We propose that you try it for 14 days to determine whether you enjoy it and if it meets your needs. The learning curve is steep, and importing your initial leads, companies, and individuals is time-consuming, but it's well worth it. The distinction between leads and personalities might be perplexing, but Copper provides a good series of video lessons to assist you understand.
