What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
Coppe assists us in resolving the issue of keeping track of each one. We used to accomplish it by just tracking our email communications, but that quickly became inefficient. Copper solves this by pulling what we were previously doing into a separate CRM. The key advantage is that emails received between one person and the customer are now available to other team members in Copper. We were able to monitor the progress of many prospects with our clientele. This has taught us not to overlook anyone or their potential.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We've been using Google Apps/G Suite/Workspace for a long time. This CRM seamlessly integrates with that tool. It improves our communication workflow and practically makes CRM automated. I enjoy the many phases that are accessible, as well as the various pipelines that may be created. It's also very customisable, allowing you to add your own fields for opportunities, which is useful for data analysis. I can also export data, which comes in handy for data analysis and organizing. We compared Copper to other platforms and discovered that the other products had limitations, but Copper makes it endless.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far nothing has disappointed me, our organization has compared Copper to other CRMs with comparable formats, and we appear to prefer Copper. It's simple to add additional opportunities, stages, and pipelines.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take a look at Streak as well. They both interact with Google, but their approaches to user experience and interfaces are quite different. Streak can only be used within Gmail, whereas Copper may be used in a browser other than Gmail. Copper is worth a go; compare it to other platforms and you'll see how simple it is to use and how customized it can be. The ability to examine the information you have about Copper might assist your firm uncover gaps in the evolution of opportunities or specific activities. When you export data, you may additionally include custom fields for opportunities. This offers up a lot of options for your company.
