What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

Sharpspring, a constant contact company, is a revenue-boosting marketing platform that helps small businesses generate leads, improve conversions to sales and generate higher returns on marketing investment. The platform, open foundation and customer support, along with flexible contracts, are aimed at.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Excellent sales flow, sales reporting, marketing automation, email mechanization and email marketing. Email marketing with user friendly frameworks, the easy way to analyze and have results of everything with the reporting area and of course excellent customer service, taking into account a feasible connectivity with all the tools you have already counted on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They are very picky about the grade of your database and sometimes require you to talk to your compliance department to experience that you are doing things right, although that is not always all bad. Issues with the page and email toggle resulted in unresolved support requests.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It adapts well to the collectivity of marketing needs and functions. It is manageable to create landing pages on the website and use them to send newsletters to specific segments. The online contribution table is always quick and handles questions. I find the social networking tool a little difficult to use in representation with other tools I've used before. That prioritizes some work.

What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

The management of sales opportunities is very easy to visualize, allowing me to see all the funnels that I have in each sale, in order to solve it. SharpSpring provides a lot of insight into how leads are generated and we use the automation tool also for cross-selling and staying in touch with existing customers. It includes everything you need to create modern inbound marketing solutions that turn anonymous visitors into warm prospects and buying customers. It is a very easy to use tool and its reminders ensure that you do not miss any activity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it integrates with social networks and with other programs that we used previously such as mailchimp, zoho crm and all the google applications. Life of the Lead is our favorite feature because it gives our account managers context when they interact with a lead. Thanks to SharpSpring, we have been able to better align our sales and marketing efforts and automate many of our manual marketing processes. It has helped us mature our marketing processes by being more strategic with campaigns and segmenting our list to be more specific and personalized in our messages.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Your landing page builder is pretty basic and the email design lacks consistency. It has some limitations when it comes to dynamic templates. Email automation is useful but also very difficult to set up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a complete solution for marketing automation, social media, email marketing, Google Ads and a CRM, this is the ideal solution. It is ideal for clients who want to generate lots of leads and convert them into customers. You should definitely try it.

What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

Our decision was made on a cost/features/benefits case. While there are more advanced platforms available SharpSpring offered the functionality we needed at a competitive cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use, it's a pretty intuitive platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile application isn't the best. It can also run a little slow at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommend the platform if you are working to a budget.
