With the help of SharpSpring's user-friendly platform, we can handle a variety of marketing and client activities. We can drastically cut the hours spent on marketing duties while frequently engaging our clients' prospects and increasing overall revenues. This comprises persona-focused automated messaging systems, transparent sales pipelines, and marketing automation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To assist you in creating effective email marketing campaigns, SharpSpring provides a variety of tools and is constantly adding new ones. SharpSpring's incredible customizability makes all tasks simpler. Contact lists can be easily imported and customized as well. SharpSpring You can construct one-of-a-kind campaigns by utilizing the numerous concepts and distinctive templates it offers. These campaigns can also be modified and saved as draughts for later use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We use the automated tool provided by SharpSpring to cross-sell products to existing customers and stay in touch with them. SharpSpring also provides a plethora of information about the techniques used to create leads. Before choosing SharpSpring, we gave HubSpot and Infusionsoft some thought, but SharpSpring turned out to be the ideal option for us. 100% worthwhile.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of SharpSpring's IT heads acknowledged that the email report data is BS and that there is no escalation process for customer support requests that need skills beyond that of customer care professionals. The report data within SS differs from the report data exported, the data in the email is horrible, and the excel file contains duplicate headline titles with specific facts and implications.

The many features and user-friendliness of this tool set it apart from its competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This has been a great introduction for our little business to begin tracking potential clients' visits to and engagement with our website. Although the built-in email platform may use some polish in terms of aesthetics, it is well integrated for tracking interactions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Personalized reports need further work, especially if they're going to be relied on for crediting metrics. It would be really helpful to be able to view these high-level reports (such as a graphical representation of the number of opportunities related to the campaign) and click on the data for additional context. Obviously, things can have cross references in the system, but that seems antiquated by today's standards.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We looked into HubSpot and Infusionsoft before deciding that SharpSpring was the best option for us. Well worth every penny and more.
