What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

SharpSpring have lots of useful unique feature some of the unique features are, 1>Very Wide variety of features and easy integrations with other platforms. 2>Interactive interface with user friendly UX. 3>Advanced lead scoring feature to keep focused on the right things at the right time. 4>Building Landing Page is is and take less on modifications. 5>You can easily get the statistical analysis of the conversions through each campaign, and find what clients are clicking, viewing and making them convert. 6>Customer support is fantastic and they have good informative documentations as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SharpSpring is a great product for marketing and sales team, Some of the useful features are, 1>Drag and drop platform for creating and editing emails is very useful and easily access to HTML code when trying to modify something. 2>Lot of Excellent API helps custom integrations easy with other applications. 3>Lot of automation features. 4>Easy to track users and help determined the best platforms to promote our campaigns. 5>It has an incredible sales pipeline manager and opportunities can be created automatically by the completion of forms on our website. 6> Implementing dynamic content which changes depending on the customer is useful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SharpSpring is a great product but some more feature and improvement can make it more better and effective in market. Some of the are like, 1> SharpSpring can offer more functionality in social posting module that will help a lot. 2> Required some new advanced landing page templates and Email templates. 3> It is not Mobile Compatibility and having a good mobile application will be helpful, we can monitor our job from any where. 4> Limited reporting functionality is there currently and Custom reports are poor. 5> Segmentation lists do not always populate need some upgradation in this area as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sharpspring is well suited for marketing teams looking to amplify their CRM reach and quality performance. It's not so appropriate for teams that still need to build a marketing practice and process because it had robust features that wouldn't yet be used and so the cost or benefit would not be a good company investment. You can take a try eithers its fit to your requirement or not and adding business values or not. The customer service is quite helpful when ever you are stuck or having any issue you can reach out to the definitely will get good help.
