What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

The ease of use is unmatched. It's so easy to create survey and polls, dynamic sign up forms and to do a/b testing. Automatic resend of emails to non-openers

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Constant Contact team provides unmatched support with phone calls, live chat and email. The user community is also full of helpful resources for users to utilize

What do you dislike most about this product?

The steps to get an email out are many but I don't think there is anything that can be eliminated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The best part of Constant Contact are the email automation features that lets users send trigger emails based on user behavior and send welcome messages to new subscribers

What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

SharpSpring provides several capabilities, including marketing automation and analytics, that end up making my job much easier. Their customer service is also excellent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Email marketing and CRM professionals may get all they need in one place. It has a lot of features and enables us to personalize a great many things.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be a little overwhelming at times, also there are occasional bugs or silly stuff. However, they appear to be rather responsive in their efforts to correct them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's more affordable than Hubspot and constantly improving. They were much more adaptable with the conditions, which was helpful since it's a little scary to invest for a complete year in one go when you're not sure if you'll like the program.

Excellent marketing campaign tool, but expensive

What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

SharpSpring has a great visual campaign builder. The builder allows for easy-to-understand “triggers” and robust selection criteria for marketing lists. They also have excellent prebuilt reports, but you cannot create your own, so this is both good and bad.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The campaign builder/visual workflows are fantastic. The GUI to build and develop complex marketing campaigns is simple and robust, allowing for various trigger points to enter an email/contact and filters to target the right audience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Email campaigns can get expensive for smaller business packages, and there is no room to negotiate. They also have limited API calls (will not raise the limit even for a fee), and not all data is accessible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When used as a marketing tool and as a CRM system, it works VERY well. If a lead interacts, the owner can be notified, and the “life of the lead” is well managed and helpful. If you want SharpSpring to do your marketing while you use other client management software, you will find some data is unavailable, and feeding data into SharpSpring for use in campaigns can be cumbersome.
