What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

Constant Contact has the best email list building tool , of any email marketing platform I have used. With this tool , we have steadily grown our email marketing list over the years, across a variety of marketing channels like our website through sign-up forms , Instagram and Facebook ads , Google ads etc

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Constant Contact has a lovable integration ability , with third party software platforms. Integrations with platforms like Google ads. And Facebook business, contributes greatly to the growth of our email marketing newsletter list.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile application is not laudable in the list. I struggle to do anything on the mobile application. Infact , I cannot even track email campaigns through the Constant Contact application.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Depends on the need of the team or company seeking to use this software. For my company , we use it mostly for managing our email marketing communications.

What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

Email marketing automated engagement is the standout factor for Constant Contact from my experience. Constant Contact makes it simply easy to automate basic but important aspect of the email marketing process such as : lead engagement and audience nurturing . This often has made it easier to achieve vital marketing milestones like seamlessly capturing new subscribers to our email marketing list via Facebook adverts , without any manual input from us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I am satisfied with the quality of analytical reports provided by Constant Constant in real time , around our engagement with customers and how they relate with our marketing campaigns. Be it newsletters or one off engagements , such as a welcome email to a sales lead.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the drag and drop feature on Constant Contact. It is simply too buggy for me and perhaps everyone in our marketing department.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Constant Contact is well suited for standard email campaigns and of course the automation part of email marketing engagement.

its security features are truly good in just 4 steps you can start with launching a campaign maintain customer data and segment it into groups

building the email via drag and drop features Campaign analytics and integration

What do you dislike most about this product?

campaign leads cant be directly used for email marketing internal feature integrations are not possible Content management is absent. if that's available it'd be full stack to manage, post, send, track and development the customer lifecycle from start to end. Otherwise integrations are all with only big brands.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if working single or in a small team this helps best read the product guides carefully understand the platform before going live with campaigns
