SharpSpring has clunky CRM as it does not allow our contact list to exist without the email address. If we have to deal with multiple profiles their social media management platform is not supported for that and causes difficulties in performing the task. Although they have a fast supporting system sometimes it is not helpful for us because the response, we get is sometimes not relevant and helpful.

I would highly recommend SharpSpring because it is all-in-one email marketing platform that helps us to reach our clients easily and quickly. When we submit a support ticket or something like that their response system is very quick and fast.

I find email automations to be useful but also very difficult to set up; other than that there is nothing I don't like about this software.
