What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

Having access to a variety of tools on the platform, which makes it much easier to detect and collect prospect information and is therefore very beneficial for sales optimization, was what I most liked about utilizing sharp spring. For marketing automation, email marketing, and social media marketing, we have installed SharpSpring for our clients and are currently using it ourselves.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I value the ability to hide and rearrange extra dashboard components. The company team will be able to handle and work with the customer database, all phases of advertising, email marketing, customer tracking, contact pages, and marketing job automation, among other things, more successfully. When you first use a platform with that many capabilities, it can be intimidating, but you soon learn why each one is there.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sharpspring releases new features at a very rapid rate to keep up and compete with other platforms, which is an advantage; nevertheless, the new features frequently require updates. For instance, Video Calling was excellent when the epidemic started, but it might not have been as well-known as its rivals for video conferences.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For clients that wish to produce lots of leads and turn them into customers, SharpSpring is excellent. This is recommended if you're looking for a comprehensive solution for marketing automation, social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and CRM. This is not the most excellent option if all you want is email marketing without anything more.

What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

We can manage a range of marketing and client tasks using SharpSpring's user-friendly platform. We can reduce the time spent on marketing tasks by hundreds of hours while regularly engaging our clients' prospects and boosting overall sales. This includes marketing automation, transparent sales pipelines, and persona-focused automated messaging tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SharpSpring offers a wide range of tools and constantly adds new ones to help you develop successful email marketing campaigns. The tremendous customizability of SharpSpring makes all chores easier. Additionally, it's simple to import and configure contact lists. SharpSpring by leveraging the various concepts and unique templates it provides, you can create one-of-a-kind campaigns. You can also edit and save these campaigns as draughts for later use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the heads of IT at SharpSpring confessed that the email report data is BS and that there is no escalation process in place for customer support requests beyond the scope of a customer support representative's knowledge. The email data is crap, the excel file has duplicate headline titles with distinct meanings/data, and the report data within SS differs from the data exported.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SharpSpring offers a wealth of knowledge regarding the methods used to generate leads, and we use the automation tool to cross-sell products and maintain contact with current clients. While Hub Spot and Infusion soft were options we considered before SharpSpring, SharpSpring proved to be the best choice for us. Worth every cent.

What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

SharpSpring has many automation and tracking capabilities that have made our lives much easier. On the one hand, there are the marketing process automations that with practice become easier to set up and save a significant amount of time and energy; we also have a very easy to use email generator and email statistics that allow us to have more accurate overviews of open and click-through rates; on the other hand, we also have the contact manager that is customizable and is of great help for sales teams, customer success, among others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the things I like the most about SharpSpring is its email generator, it is one of the most robust and easy to use out there. Moreover, the interface of this software is nice and easy to navigate. Within my organization it has been instrumental in allowing me to automate marketing processes, open a new communication opportunity through email, get campaign information and email statistics and much more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find email automations to be useful but also very difficult to set up; other than that there is nothing I don't like about this software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great marketing alternative especially for small to medium sized businesses; it is robust, easy to use, has an easy to understand interface and useful features that make life easier for teams while bringing them closer to customers. Highly recommended.
