What differentiates CodeMeter from other similar products?
CodeMeter is the only product we evaluated that we could not find some sort of vulnerability, or issue that would have made the security features a moot point. Their integrations and allowing us to self-host the entire ecosystem for activations, ensuring the we met our compliance requirements was critical.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You don't need to spend months integrating CodeMeter. You can quite literally have it as a one-line command added into your build script after everything has been built - and you'll immediately have protected code through AxProtector. We spent less than a week initially implementing, and were right away able to protect our software, allowing us time to continue operating the business instead of worrying about how to protect our, and our client's IP.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The challenge we get most often is not knowing what the pricing for new features are before engaging our sales contact.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Immensely recommend trying it. The developer kit and documentation are fantastic - as is the support team.
