What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?

In the way it presents its onboarding and how easy and intuitive it is to use, it has many features, which can be used to the fullest without becoming tedious or complicated like other tools that their design is not the best and make them archaic.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most about ClickUp is how intuitive the functionalities are, it does not require any onboarding, which allows the team and people who have not used it to have a favorable first impression. I also like the design that it presents and the possibility of assigning subtasks in a very easy way. Clickup has a lot of versatility to make annotations, tasks, reminders, and more in a single button or section, which makes it very complete for tracking and documenting any project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the fact that time tracking only allows you to do it overall and not per task, it's totally useless if you want to measure how much you spend on a task from when it's created until it's Done, I don't like that it's very difficult to find the section to disable email notifications, to the point that my team had to block directly from email.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation is that everyone is aligned and knows how to handle clickup, so watching tutorials and showing clickup videos on all the features is the best way to take advantage of everything that ClickUp has in terms of features to make a project more agile.

What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?

ClickUp is excellent for project management where collaboration is needed. For me what differentiates them from competitors such as Basecamp, for example, is that they are able to maintain a simple and intuitive user interface without sacrificing a full and robust feature set. This is not an easy task and many products fail to strike the balance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease and simplicity of use - our team was able to implement in a very short time period and make meaningful use of the breadth of features. It's enjoyable and clean interface helps you find what you need quickly and collaborate with ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's not much to dislike - previous complaints I had with the product have been addressed with updates, which is also a good indicator of responsiveness to their customer community. I do wish there was a easier set up for a quick-access team chat for intra-office communications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ClickUp would be a great fit if your team needs basic project management and collaboration, but finds simpler products such as Trello or Basecamp to be somewhat lacking in the features you need. Similar to those products, ClickUp is easy to use, but can also provide a decent feature set.

What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?

I have tried to use some other platforms but I really haven't tested out enough to highlight how ClickUp is different. They all have a learning curve but ClickUp had some of the best tutorial videos and once I understood the terminology and how things worked, it was pretty easy to create a project management workflow.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have a few different services within my business and I was able to create a template for the project process and then tweak them a little for the different services that I offer. To be honest, some projects are not large enough to need ClickUp, so I found it easier to just use email but for the larger projects or the projects that take some time, it was very nice to know exactly where we were are in the project using ClickUp.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There was a learning curve for sure! However, ClickUp has some amazing video tutorials to help you try to understand and quickly became an expert.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Compared to other options, I think you receive the most bang for your buck but I also do feel like you need to have patience and there were a few times I wanted to bang my head against the wall out of frustration.
