Good Product, Difficult to Implement

What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?
The task management features stand out against their competitors. This has allowed us to not only house our project management within Clickup, but also our training checklists, documents, etc. It's a great tool for our new hires.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Creating clear onboarding checklists with due dates, assignees, and links is easy. It also is easy for the end user to manage the status of each checklist item.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is difficult to implement companywide. There are so many capabilities and features, it is overwhelming and too much of a learning curve for some of our employees. There has been some resistance to using it within certain areas of our business. This is a challenge we are constantly having to assess and finding unique solutions for.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure you have a strong change management plan in place before implementation.

What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?
I love how easy it is to create to-do lists and workflow charts, and I also love how I can involve colleagues in reviewing them before approving them, making it easier for us to work well together as a team at all levels.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Using ClickUp, we can create an integrated database for all our previous and subsequent tasks. I loved the automation and AI capabilities built into ClickUp, which helps us accurately track how updates and completion rates impact close dates, and allows us to prioritize tasks. I also liked the ease of configuring dashboards and reports, and it is great that we can configure the form we need for reports or dashboards and benefit from the automatic update features to keep them up to date according to the actual task situation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven't had any problems with ClickUp, everything is great and easy to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ClickUp has enabled us to create continuous communication channels to help us take control of matters. It is wonderful that with ClickUp we have been able to continually schedule tasks and track them with great efficiency. Also, its many capabilities such as documentation and archiving of attachments have provided us with the flexibility we need to work as a team at all times.
