What differentiates Claritysoft CRM from other similar products?
Claritysoft CRM combines both sales and marketing procedures, and increases the confidence that consumers would have with the offered products. More so, Claritysoft CRM has an elaborate customer service section, where individualized concepts and ideas are shared and solutions searched.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Claritysoft CRM has the contract and account management, very advanced operational activities in a company. Again, the inclusion of telephony and calls in Claritysoft CRM transforms the nature of discussions, as customers face their companies directly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Claritysoft CRM has created proper engagement strategies, one which are sustainable and concise in their duties. Marketing and sales have been sorted, to create a supporting environment for all the players.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Claritysoft CRM is the concise means of engaging and supporting customers fully, through direct calls, offering the informative marketing messages, and even lead management. More so, Claritysoft CRM subscription rates are controllable and attainable.

What differentiates Claritysoft CRM from other similar products?
I have worked with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and SAP. Claritysoft was the easiest to implement with existing sales team. Training for start-up was great. The integration capabilities when acquiring companies has been great. I recommend Claritysoft all the time to other companies
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have worked with many companies but ClaritySoft has an excellent Product which is very easy to use and their support is the best I have ever encountered in the IT industry. Both Evan and Jake from ClaritySoft Support are very responsive and follow-up on my client's issues even when they are not major issues.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Phone app for the system with longer character lengths.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a member of the implementation Team, I was very impressed ClairtySoft implementation trainer, Susan Arnold and how simple the implementation was and with the usability of the product. The product is very full featured and we had and Excellent experience. Senior Management is very happy with the reporting capabilities and the new visibility they have to the sales funnel. Highly recommend the ClaritySoft CRM.
