Their sales and support team Battlecards Creating snippets of calls just by highlighting a part of the call transcription Collaboration across the company

Creating snippets of calls just by highlighting a part of the call transcription The ability to comment and tag team members are certain parts of the call. Really helps with communication across teams like Sales and Marketing or CS and Product Dev Teams

I believe the price is much better than competitors while giving the same or better feature set.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how Wingman automatically joins my calls without me telling it to, has saved me a ton of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing that I dislike currently.
