What differentiates Clari Copilot from other similar products?

Clari Copilot offers a broad range of tools to help with coaching and development, as well as analysis of your current sales pipeline and call strategy

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the coaching pieces of the tool such as the scorecards, comments, deals dashboards, competitive tracking, topic trackers, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the admin side of the product can be a little finnicky.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend considering Clari Copilot if you are looking for a tool that will support your enablement initiatives at the organization

What differentiates Clari Copilot from other similar products?

Having transitioned from a competitor software, I liked that this service maintained feature-parity with that other service. I mainly use the software to record calls, but it has been invaluable for it's transcription which helps me identify action items and share exactly what the client said in text form to the team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

here are so many things that I like about Wingman. I am going to drill down to each feature that I like. Dashboard - Gives us an idea of how many calls were made and we can filter them as per the duration. We can sort them as per the talk/listen ratio and the longest monologue in a call. This gives us insights into what can be improved in further calls. Game Tapes - I use this a lot to help the new joiners understand how to handle objections by looking at the previous calls, how to pitch our product to the customers, how to position ourselves etc. Battlecards - I like how the battle cards pop up when we mention a competitor.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No integrations to outside tools for insights, for example Notion, this would take the tool to the next level if we could get insights from across teams, even if they don't use Wingman.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Wingman would be a great fit for your organization if you have a larger sales team that conducts business primarily on video calls or on (VOIP) phone calls.
