Ease of use and overall experience. And once we get used to it, it's difficult to move away

It's good value for money if used for the right purposes. It's a huge part of my day to day schedule and helps me collaborate with my sales team.

If you're looking to record calls and be able to share with others, learn and provide snippets to support, engineering, etc., Wingman is a great choice.

Some of the features are disappointing and don't work consistently, such as the call transcripts
