its easy to use and has a lot of features

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's a little pricey. there should be further segmentation for offerings at a lower price. Not everyone needs all the features.

As an SDR i dont have to be on each call i can simply rely on wingman recording

the transcription is not accurate

Dashboards and Reporting Customizable dashboards to track KPIs, rep performance, and metrics.
