What differentiates Ceipal ATS from other similar products?
We are able to save money with Ceipal ATS because we do not have to pay for multiple recruitment portals at once. The best part is that you don't have to waste any time browsing around aimlessly before you find a candidate whose profile you're interested in.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
To further his financial success, Ceipal aids in the selection of the ideal applicant for the role. While I have used other ATS solutions in the past, I have never encountered something as user-friendly as Ceipal. If you know what you're doing with search strings, all you have to do is click to see the results.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user should be informed if someone in the company is keeping tabs on their activities. This allows for greater transference and ease of access or login by others. The email system has to be streamlined at least once a year because there are too many accounts with the same name.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Several of the previous adjustments Ceipal made are now seen as improvements. Artificial intelligence and the blacklist are particularly useful tools for matching our sourced profile with a relevant one. It's a huge time-saver for us.

This software stands out from the crowd since it's simple to pick up, inexpensive, and packed with some of the industry's finest features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The timetable for conducting interviews. It does exactly what it's supposed to, and it's a huge help in keeping tabs on interviews and follow-up actions. Our ability to incorporate this comments and remain informed is greatly enhanced.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In my opinion, the time it takes to submit an application might be cut down a little bit to make things easier for everyone involved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This program comes highly recommended due to its low cost in comparison to alternatives, and the fact that most of its features may be acquired through simple contracting using only the Ceipal language.
