What differentiates CaptivateIQ from other similar products?
Their fantastic customer support and easy to use dashboard. We're able to review past and current reports with ease. Integrating data into the system is a breeze as well to ensure accurate reporting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Captivate IQ allows our team to easily track their performance and metrics for each month so we can keep track of our monthly goals and commission percentages!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing so far, it has been great to use company wide!

CaptivateIQ does an excellent job breaking down the sales and incentive information for each and every employee individually and by team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that managers can view their own incentive as well as their team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would love to see if how my team compared to other teams in the organization on a large scale.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely great if you're in the business of incentivizing employees. It let's them get by in to their own careers and helps them to stay motivated and set targets for themselves.
