What differentiates CaptivateIQ from other similar products?
CaptivateIQ is a superior product due to its simplicity in being able to be understood by all employees while providing tons of customizability and ease of use. Our company utilized it to track our incentives moving from different programs in the past, and CaptivateIQ brought the best company engagement and feedback.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of CaptivateIQ is the ease of use and the detailed breakdown of the data that is being analyzed by our teams.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In my opinion, there is nothing I dislike about this product since it did everything that it should and did it well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There is a lot of features of CaptivateIQ, and our company definitely did not use them all but I would try to work with their support team to learn all of the features provided for your teams.

What differentiates CaptivateIQ from other similar products?
CaptivateIQ allows us to easily maintain multiple commission plans for our staff, which is very important in our industry and business needs. Hands down they have one of the best Customer Support teams of any of our vendors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of managing commission plans and the end user experience. Specifically the ability to have management review and staff approval of statements has dramatically cut down on the amount of adjustment payouts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No dislikes
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try to be hands on with the creation of your plans in the software so that you are able to creat new plans and updates to your plans. Use their Knowlege Center as it is very robust and helpful. Lastly, set up monthly meeting with your Customer Success Team. They do a phenominal job of community updates and answering questions you have during these meetings.
