What differentiates CaptivateIQ from other similar products?

The portal’s transparency ensures team members know how they’re generating sales and what they can expect in terms of commission. Management has access to their own portal, allowing for a high overview of performance reports.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tracking commissions and sales is possible through a set of dashboards for sales reps, managers and administrators. The dashboard allows for detailed audits, commission calculation, real-time CRM integration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the business will have to spend money and resources on the CaptivateIQ, revenue is increased and sales goals reached. Several steps are needed to build a robust commission plan for teams of different sizes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great solution to give sales reps their own portals and managers their own portals. The rep can see all updates in real-time when they close deals to understand what they will receive as commissions depending on the goals achieved.

What differentiates CaptivateIQ from other similar products?

CaptivateIQ supported us from the get-go with comprehensive training and a helping hand so we were able to fully customize and set up all of our plans. Now we can easily generate customized statements for our reps in seconds

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automation of data entry means errors have been virtually eliminated. It puts accurate data about our performance and commission right at our fingertips. It definitely creates a sense of trust

What do you dislike most about this product?

CaptivateIQ uses a proprietary columnar-formula system with a dense logic that is difficult to understand so some of the sales reps come with questions about their commissions and we had to get a good support contract

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Unlike other platforms, CaptivateIQ allows you to input complex parameters so that you can create incentives programs and sales commission structures that work best for your team

CaptivateIQ enabled us solve administration headaches and motivate our reps. Each rep got an online dashboard with goals and payouts. Our reps are paid correctly and on time

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

CaptivateIQ helps us set goals for our team, measure their progress against those goals and reward them when they succeed. The team over at CaptivateIQ provides fantastic customer support who are there in day-to-day platform management

What do you dislike most about this product?

Deep and seamless integrations with most of the top technologies used across our sales team, not limited to Salesforce and Hubspot for easier forecasting

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

CaptivateIQ will make it easy to create and track your sales team's commission plans. You will also see how much money your employees have earned through each sale in real-time
