What do you dislike most about this product?

Their payment plans are rigid and somewhat expensive; however, there are other services provided by the competition that provide more benefits at a lower cost than what Box does not provide, in addition to lacking online editing functionality because users externals are restricted to read-only privileges.

I like that Box ECM is affordable. The software supports all processes of content cycle. The software is seamless to use I like that Box ECM is cloud based and therefore scalable.
