What differentiates Blink from other similar products?

Blink keeps me connected with coworkers in a safe and efficient way. We use it daily to update our caregivers, especially when our other apps have problems. Blink is very reliable!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Blink team has been very helpful throughout our time with the platform. Their support in adding separate department feeds to digital screens has made communication within specific departments and office locations much smoother. Additionally, the onboarding process was simple, thanks to its easy-to-use interface and design. The support we received during this transition was outstanding, showing the Blink team’s commitment to ensuring a smooth and efficient integration for our organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I honestly can't find any downsides because Blink has become my go-to app for solving problems that other apps don't address.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s a very accessible platform. It’s easy to share news or company updates in a space where everyone can join in and respond!

What differentiates Blink from other similar products?

Blink is a much better forum app and is used by most staff. It takes some time to learn where to find information. It makes communication easier than before, is fast, and you get replies much quicker.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Blink has made a big difference in how we communicate with our team, allowing quick updates and two-way contact. It's easy to use, which leads to a lot of interaction and involvement across the company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You can't search for posts by the person who posted them, which would be helpful for finding old information or posts you need to refer to.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's easy to access and use, which helps share information quickly.

What differentiates Blink from other similar products?

Blink is great because it has many amazing features. My favorite is that it's made for workers that are not sitting at a desk. Also it is very easy to change and make it how we want it. And the people that help us with Blink are very nice and helpful

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Blink has made it much easier for us to talk to our employees, no matter where they are. They can be in the office, traveling, or meeting with customers

What do you dislike most about this product?

I want the search to be better at finding files on the 'hub'.

Using Blink to make sure employees are always in contact.
