What differentiates Birdeye from other similar products?
What differentiates is that the customer support team which is assigned to us is amazing. Ready to help us out with things we don't understand or ready to implement modifications we ask for. Reaching out to customers asking for reviews has been easy with Birdeye. As we know customers often don't leave any review frequently, so with birdeye we remind the customers via emails and SMS about submitting the reviews. One more thing which is amazing the regulars team meeting with the account manager from the birdeye team who tell us as how we are performing and how we can improve. This doe stand out these days.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Now my favorite part of this tool has been the AI powered feature which comes with a lot of options which is very user friendly to work on. Reports has been the most important feature which help us with great stats from all the social media channels. The reporting data help us improve on the basis of the recommendation we get from the customers, in turn help us improve our business with more credibility.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The one thing which the Birdeye team to improve is the real time reflection of the action happening on our social media or google business account platforms. This will really reduce the stress and time which it takes to cross verify multiple things from the platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend someone as this tool will help anyone to understand, innovate from the customer point of view and help you understand how market is moving forward.
