The most frustrating feature of BaseCamp is that you cannot attach a user to a task in a template. This implies that you must add the user to your task when creating a project using a template. It's also inconvenient because you can't arrange things on a timetable. It would be ideal to notify another team member to begin working on their project only after another assignment has been finished.

Unlike online Excel documents, Basecamp does not instantly update for each user, making it impossible to work with coworkers on the same page simultaneously. Though I'd want to import data from an Excel spreadsheet into Basecamp, doing so might corrupt the existing data on the platform.
