What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Really easy to use, Basecamp has changed the way we set up and manage our projects. This greatly improves employee efficiency and saves time. Basecamp is a great project management application that many of our teams can use, how all activities are displayed in Gantt chart format. This allows the work team to perform the correct programming of all tasks, providing a work plan for the next few days.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The inability of Basecamp to upload new "versions" of files within a project is its most inconvenient aspect. Instead of just replacing an older file with a newer one, you must submit a whole new file. Basecamp is primarily intended for internal communication, therefore file sharing for client review or external contact is not currently a viable option. The expensive cost is a huge disadvantage, and a longer trial period would be perfect for truly evaluating the product.

This is an excellent tool for improving communication and holding individuals accountable for completing deadlines and remembering critical dates. Basecamp is one of the top project document storage and job management platforms and solutions. Linking to Google Drive enables you to instantly maintain and update version control of the delivered file, something Basecamp presently does not support.

You are not too overloaded. You can concentrate on the essentials: the project. The handling is very intuitive, even for beginners. But most importantly, it's easy to invite people to Basecamp who don't know the program. All colleagues quickly became familiar with it. The clear dashboard is particularly useful for keeping track of projects and tasks. The intuitive operation also allows employees who are not familiar with the technology to use the tool. No experience with comparable tools is required.

Basecamp makes it easy for me to work on various projects. It helps me meet deadlines. It allows me to work with internal colleagues, but also with our agency. For events or projects, it's the best solution that brings everything under one roof. As a team, we use it for event planning. We were able to summarize all important documents and proceed step by step. In addition, I always had an overview of what remained to be done and whether the other participants were doing their homework. All in all, the to-do lists are the best and the range of functions is sufficient for events with less than 500 people.
