What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
It is a popular and advanced system, sophisticated when it comes to generating employee reports, it helps us in this to decide the continuity in the capacities of a specific sector, if we have to change the collaborator in a position that best suits him, to talk with It is very easy for them to leave notes and contacts via SMS. On the part of hiring staff, it is very easy to schedule meetings with them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is that having a lot of capacity for tools and having an organization format for everything that happened in order can give us much-needed credibility support so that the company's collaborators feel comfortable, it is a fundamental pillar to the time to be able to continue all the tasks of hr.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't dislike anything, it is essential and pure.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend the program, it is very well catalogued, it is easy to use and has few problems in use or crashes, in the months that the company has been using it we have had only 1 connection problem with it.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
Bamboo provides us with a talent treatment that is capable of generating a good prospect of employee retention, and it allows us to manage very well to old, new, and prospective employees. This is regardless of whether the new collaborator will come from the department of human resources, finance, or any other department.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We are able to constantly evaluate new prospects, new charges, combine tasks, and the program essentially enables us to distribute the complex tasks of daily operations, and it has all the features that an HR director needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have been able to schedule the odd video appointment with him to solve problems or give us some teaching according to a better use of the software since we train day by day with him, and I haven't found anything I dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I believe that the cost is a bit high when income is obtained from many collaborators, the same amount is not invoiced every month and I recommend and suggest that lower value contingency measures be adopted for these scenarios.
