I believe that Balto sets the bar in strategy with script use on a digital platform

that is lights up as the user follows the scripted dialogue that can aid them in a more fluid transaction while staying compliant

What do you dislike most about this product?

depending on the accent of the user, the product does take a bit longer to adjust to the voice

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

start with a testing team to adequately roll out the function of balto so it can be used effectively and the results will most certainly pay off

What differentiates Balto from other similar products?

Balto is a game changer for telesales professionals. Working 40+ hours a week, sometimes we may for get what to say or miss a part of the conversation. Balto helps me and my team guide our conversations into sales thus helping us and the company. I don’t know another company like Balto, so that goes to show how much of a necessity they are to the industry and I wish other companies had access to them as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the fact that they track our conversations and implements reminders right on time before we move on to something else.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There’s nothing I don’t like, I really can’t think of anything.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Various other call centers should have Balto, it would help with quality control and better consumer experience. If they’re looking to make the customer’s experience better, then they should have this product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very intuitive and can really helpful to get good call experience and remembering things during calls with its amazing artificial intelligence technology

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes I am facing issue due to getting more calls at once but overall it is a very good tool and Balto is improving day by day .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anyone who wants to get seamless experience of voice control and remembering information during calls . It is a great tool to use and once you experience it definitely you will be cherished
