Backlog is extremely useful we can let different team members grasp what are the problems we are facing in a project. We’ll be aware of the status of the project and the issues in it. Moreover, we can coordinate with our colleagues. We can categorize our feelings and comments for projects. The tool is extremely easy to use. It got all the required options in the tool that is required for the entire project management. It’s straightforward to collaborate without any noticeable hassles.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a project manager who has to manage multiple projects at a time, I appreciate Backlog’s integrated dashboard to possess a good look at projects at one stop. I like the centralized dashboard that I can switch from one project to another. Backlog conjointly offers integration with Slack so that I can track the latest updates without working on the platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have a bit of a complaint about Backlog for its project management features, yet I might be even happier if I might have a lot of selection for integration options. If you’re using Teams, Yammer, and different communication platforms, there’s no native connection available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It allows you to track progress of all tasks you have created based on time lines and due dates that you have assigned. Backlog is much helpful to my team and me in task management, time tracking, information sharing, progress sharing, document sharing, as a knowledge base with WIKI, and many other features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In this pandemic era, everyone is moving forward to remote working and working from home. First of all, the best option is to select an online project management tool accessible to everyone quickly. Additionally, Backlog has the most attractive and prominent features in its user interface, which will make life easier for all the developers and project managers. The best part I see in this software is that flexible and highly responsive Gantt charts and boards. We can easily edit durations, timelines and even change the status of a task with just drag and drop. This saves a lot of time .

What do you dislike most about this product?

Backlog only allows creating two levels of parent-child tasks. However, we would need to further divide the subtasks in order to keep track of the progress. Additionally that, Backlog does not have the the capability to track time spent on subtasks separately. Therefore we see a drawback in the time tracking and team management features of this software. I see some restriction in file management because there is a size limit as 10 MB of a single file to be uploaded. This is quite ok for documentation and other information. but not as a full base of all project files.

I would wish to highly recommend Backlog to anyone who would be looking for an easy-to-use online project management tool. With all your head spinning troubles you face dealing with the project, you do not need your project management software also be a burden to you. Therefore you should be looking for the best and easiest to use software for you and your team.
