What differentiates Avaya Cloud Office from other similar products?

Easily customizable with multi-site linking. Tenancy and easy to use. Redundancy is top-notch. There is no downtime using this office communication solution. Top leader in office communication solution by Gartner. The pricing is very budget-friendly as it is not one cap fits all. You can select the features you want and pay for what you use only and not the entire suite.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Contact Centre is my favourite aspect. Very easy to deploy with little training needed for the IT operators as every aspect of the solution is easy to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike about the product. I have interfaced with the solution for 3 years now and no issues so far. Vendor support has been excellent

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to use Budget friendly Vendor Support Scalable Frequent releases available Pay for the features you want only

What differentiates Avaya Cloud Office from other similar products?

Avaya keeps on getting new features and their Saas based cloud option is amazing. It is one of the best products available in the market as compared to other OEM's. The service is great and the technical people are very knowledgable and very helpful.Implementing CPaaS into our Business and IVR was a necessity and helped improve our scope in what we could offer from an IVR and customer

The advanced features are amazing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are still some bugs which needs to be fixed.
