What differentiates Avaya Cloud Office from other similar products?

My previous company used Avaya OneCloud CCaaS as a customer support and customer experience solution. It was used on a daily basis by up to 300 users as part of their duties as call center agents. Avaya OneCloud CCaaSS is one of the most effective and dependable tools available. Well-suited solution and I recommend it for the customers preferring the cloud solutions. The setup, maintenance, and deployment are very easy. The advantage here is that it can be scaled up with your business growth.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Avaya OneCloud CCaaS is used in the whole organization delivering good results so far. It addresses multiple issues and it's very effective to have those issues solved in a timely manner, this just turned out to be the best choice we'd ever had for software to help improve our company. Cloud services Good to handle contacts (calls, chats and more). Well-suited solution and I recommend it for the customers preferring the cloud solutions. What do you dislike most about this product?

Since we started using Avaya OneCloud CCaaS, we've noticed a big improvement in every area of our company, which is easy-to-use and user-friendly. I'm not that tech-savvy or anything, but, for me, it is super easy to adapt to this software. I think this is the reason why our company has had that big Avaya OneCloud CCaaS it's a great tool in many aspects, but in terms of being a multidisciplinary solution, it simply rocks! Lack of customization. Can improve in call recordings quality. It glitches sometimes. 3rd Party integrations Multiple devices responsiveness on browser Need more virtual/cognitive assistants features

What differentiates Avaya Cloud Office from other similar products?

Avaya Spaces is one of two video conferencing and chat software we are using at our branch. It's one of the most interactive and user-friendly interface I've found. We started using Avaya Spaces when the COVID pandemic started in February 2020 with 3-month trial licenses and after expiration, the company decided to renew for another 2 years. It has been used by IT, commercial, HR and technical support to hold online meetings. I also use it to deal with matters with clients and other business partners. The problem solved with Spaces was strict communication. With this solution we were able to obtain organizational control and collaboration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The software contributes and fulfills its purpose very well. Meetings are unlimited, cloud-managed and recordings are retained in the Avaya cloud and can be downloaded locally as well. It has interaction features such as chat, sharing any type of files, links, documents and has a good graphical interface with intuitive panels. Technical support for this solution was not used to have an opinion. But I want to praise the speed of constantly improving the software with new updates and adding new features for videoconferencing. Ease of access as admin and guest. File sharing. Audio and video recording of conferences. Friendly structure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I tried, but it was not possible to create extra rooms within a session. I hope it's foreseen in the next roadmap. When the internet is not good, there are many instabilities in the audio and video. Spaces has high quality video for displaying the cameras. The mute button to mute guests during the meeting. I didn't find the remote control function in Spaces. I saw some image freezes in case of instability in the link. I did not use the support and neither did my colleagues in our department. So far I have not had any problems with access or connectivity to access the platform through the PC and my ipad.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Avaya's cloud video calling platform is used by our department as an internet meeting solution. Our local IT Team holds several meetings with other sites on business processes, software development, and network security. In many meetings like this, I use Spaces to show my PowerPoint presentation and show my ideas to colleagues via videoconference. I also use it to watch lectures and other presentations with my ipad from anywhere using my 4G. Spaces contributes on the day-to-day of our department's activities and can be expanded to other areas and sites. It is a video service that can improve the productivity of employees with more contact.
