Fabulous product for remote monitoring

What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

Atera is a fabulous product for remote monitoring. Its features, its modern interface, its deeper integration with apps, and its all loving factors contribute to making it distinct in the marketplace. Particularly the reports that I can build for my private use and for clients are without a doubt honestly remarkable and the reviews can be without problems customized.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The natural simplicity of monitoring structures and network devices too deeply and making first-rate reports, discovering problems too rapidly is what I find really adorable. The Atera Chat Technical help is super and every time I hit their portal they replied to me too promptly and solved my issues. They really do attempt to make their product more potent and add points and cast off bugs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I found to be an extensively difficult section always is clarifying a far-flung consumer how to deploy Atera. I did not appreciate the incorporated backup program, it received steeply-priced very rapidly. Overall it works first-rate but sometimes after bulk installation, it feels a little buggy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Without a doubt, the Atera network monitoring system is gorgeous. I have not ever speculated that remote monitoring can end up so simple but this smart tool did this, the whole lot is handy, enough to do in particular if you have been doing things the difficult way up until.

A lot of features in one solution

What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

I can manage the inventory of all my customers efficiently, The tool has already saved our lives on a server where our technician had reset an administrator password by mistake. Thanks to ATERA we were able to save the admin account with a cmd reset.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The power of the software means that it is possible to manage almost all of our customers' equipment from A to Z, from the simple network equipment to be monitored to the PC/Server to be managed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The integration of the antivirus and the backup solution is unfortunately done on independent consoles. It would be nice to have everything on one console. And I have the impression that the price has increased a lot lately, which is a pity but can be understood because the solution was sold cheap but now it's really a pity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To look at the possible integrations that could bring a benefit to the business, for my part it was the integrations with other tools (such as scalepad, itglue, office365)
